At Haute Mess Kouture we make every attempt to process orders promptly. Please allow 3 to 10 days to process and ship orders. All orders will be shipped with tracking numbers through USPS. If you have not received tracking numbers by the 7th business day after order placement, please email us at [email protected].
At this time Haute Mess Kouture only ships to states within the U.S.A. We are also unable to accommodate expedited shipping requests. We are not responsible for failing to meet requests outside the 3 to 10 business day timeframe.
We ship to the address provided in PayPal and Stripe. Upon order placement, please verify your information's accuracy.

Due to COVID-19 all purchases made at Haute Mess Kouture are FINAL SALE, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES. This policy is in place until further notice.
Haute Mess Kouture does not refund nor cancel orders under any circumstances. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at [email protected]. We will issue replacement and ship free of charge. Please allow up to five days to process.
